In S2K all tax, age and EBT flags are assigned at department level. So based on the department that the item is in, the flag will be sent to the POS accordingly. All these settings are done and confirmed with you at time of setup with an S2k technician. Should you have any changes to these settings please contact S2k support.

 

There are certain circumstances where an exception may need to be applied at item level. Please refer to Item Level Exceptions in the online manual on how to use and setup these exceptions.
