If you are missing items on your touch menu, first verify that the items in the touch menu(s) have a retail assigned and have been published to the register first. You can locate the items using the steps below:
1. Navigate to Pricebook > Pricebook Management > POS Touch Menu.
2. Once you are at the Touch Menu screen, locate the menu in question and click on it. This will bring up a list of the items in the menu. From here you can copy the UPCs and paste them into Quick Add or Pricebook to verify that there is a retail assigned to the item(s). If ther retail is $0 or blank you will need to assign a retail.
3. Once all items have a retail, publish them from Pending Pricebook Changes to the registers.
After you have confirmed that all items have a retail and that they are on the register, go back to the POS Touch Menu screen and then click on the BLUE Publish button at the top of the screen to publish the menus to the POS.
Wait about 5 minutes and then logout of and back into the registers and your items should be listed.
