S2K daily reconciliation will match the following PERIOD 1 Verifone end of day reports:
Department Report by Register- matches Fuel & Cstore sales in S2K
Summary Report by Register- matches receipts
If the issue is that the Verifone report does not match S2K, then please attach a copy of the report to this ticket, so we can review. Please clearly identify on the report the areas that are not matching between the report and s2k.
If the reports DO match s2k, but your issue is that you can’t balance your day, please contact your FBC for further instructions.
